Create the company's first digital space
Grensen is a manufacturer of non-standard wooden pallets, so far operating without a website. Orders were combined by phone and email, making processes slow, cumbersome and limiting growth opportunities. The goal was to create a platform that not only presented the company, but also acted as a real sales tool.


How to automate the complex ordering process
Grensen's products are non-standard, so the coordination of orders required a lot of communication with customers and individual calculations. The biggest challenge was finding a way to bring this process to the internet while maintaining the flexibility required for each client.

Website, e-shop and 3D configurator
We have created a modern website with a clear structure and a contemporary design that positions Grensen as an innovative manufacturer. We integrated an e-store that allows you to conveniently place orders, but the most important solution was the 3D configurator. It is not limited only to the basic parameters — customers can change the width, spacing and dimensions of the panels themselves and, in principle, assemble a completely individual pallet.

More efficiency, less manual work
The platform has significantly reduced the time it takes to reconcile orders. Customers configure the pallets themselves in the 3D tool, and Grensena receives clear, ready-made requests. It has become a real used sales tool and an outstanding competitive advantage in the market.
