A Wooden Pallet Sales Platform That Saves Company Resources

Creating the Company’s First Digital Space
Grensena is a manufacturer of custom wooden pallets that, until now, had operated without any website. Orders were handled by phone and email, which made the process slow, inconvenient, and limiting for growth. The goal was to create a platform that would not only present the company, but also work as a real sales tool.

How to Automate a Complex Ordering Process
Grensena’s products are custom-made, so coordinating orders required a lot of communication with clients and individual calculations. The biggest challenge was finding a way to move this process online while keeping the flexibility each client needs.

Website, E-commerce, and a 3D Configurator
We created a modern website with a clear structure and contemporary design that positions Grensena as an innovative manufacturer. We integrated an e-commerce store that makes it easy to place orders, but the key solution was the 3D configurator. It goes beyond basic parameters — clients can adjust board widths, gaps, dimensions, and essentially configure a fully custom pallet themselves.

More Efficiency, Less Manual Work
The platform significantly reduced the time spent coordinating orders. Clients configure their own pallets in the 3D tool, while Grensena receives clear, ready-to-process inquiries. It became a sales tool that is used in practice, as well as a distinctive competitive advantage in the market.
From catalogue to regulations – a platform that grows with the company
Today grensena.lt is far more than a business card. Products are grouped into wooden pallets, wooden boxes, wooden crates and custom solutions, and the 3D configurator lets a client prepare a preliminary pallet specification before getting in touch. A “From enquiry to delivery” section explains how cargo dimensions turn into finished packaging, a separate page presents the company’s EU projects, and the blog explains packaging regulations such as PPWR and EUDR. The site runs in fifteen languages, because Grensena’s clients work across Europe.
