This privacy policy explains what personal data UAB Belownil ("Belownil", "we") collects when you use www.belownil.com, why we use it and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form. Name, company name, email address, phone number, estimated project budget and your message. You provide this voluntarily so that we can answer your inquiry.
  • Technical data. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which briefly processes your IP address, browser type and request logs for security purposes.
  • Analytics cookies. Only with your consent we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics (see section 6).

3. Why and on what basis we use the data

  • To answer your inquiry and discuss a project – steps at your request prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the site secure and working – our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To measure site traffic – your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for no longer than 2 years after our last exchange, or, if a contract is concluded, for as long as accounting and other laws require. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

5. Who we share it with

Data is handled only by our team and by these providers acting on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and protection), Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics, only with your consent), Calendly LLC (meeting scheduling, if you choose that link) and our email provider. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. We do not sell data and do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.

6. Cookies

Essential cookies (such as your cookie choice) are always used. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) are enabled only after you click "Accept" in the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser; the bar will then be shown again.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Write to info@belownil.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its update date.
