A Premium Real Estate Project Website That Captures the Atmosphere of the Place

Goal

Three Plots — Three Separate Worlds

Ežero Kranto Trio is a Horizon Capital real estate project near Elektrėnai, consisting of three high-value plots with prepared architectural designs and approved building permits. The client came with a clear vision: each plot should feel not like a line in a list, but like a separate, high-value property with its own story and atmosphere. The website had to do more than inform — it needed to create a feeling of water, forest, silence, and private calm.

Design

Atmosphere as the Main Design Goal

The visual direction was shaped by the place itself: the openness of the lakeshore, the rhythm of nature, and refined architectural aesthetics. A warm, earthy colour palette, spacious typography, and large-format photography allow visitors to feel the place before they ever visit it. Each plot has its own section and narrative: “Salos Ramybė”, “Miško Tyla”, and “Ežero Panorama”. In this way, the website reflects the essence of the project: these are not three standard plots, but three different ways of living.

Creative Direction

Details That Create a Premium Feeling

The website should not only show the location — it should allow visitors to feel it. Background nature sounds, controlled by a sound toggle, let visitors hear the environment before they visit: birds, water, silence. The section backgrounds are not static images, but nature videos that bring movement and life to the page. Tree-shadow overlays on selected sections create depth and subtly place the visitor near the forest and lake. On hover, animated SVG paths visually “outline” each plot. An interactive map with custom Horizon Capital markers completes the experience at ground level.

Tracking

Enquiries That Don’t Disappear Into the Void

We integrated Google Tag Manager and configured dataLayer events: contact form submissions are tracked together with email addresses and phone numbers, allowing the marketing team to see where potential buyers are coming from. This makes it possible to measure campaign performance accurately and optimise advertising based on real sales data.

The client received the website enthusiastically — it reflected exactly what they were aiming for: a premium atmosphere, clear differentiation between the plots, and strong technical execution. Through three distinct worlds — water, forest, and panorama — the experience not only presents the plots, but allows visitors to feel them.
