An Elegant One-page Website for a Historic Real Estate Project

Where Historic Character Meets Contemporary Space
Pylimo 30 is a commercial property for sale in Vilnius Old Town, located in a 19th-century building where an authentic historical setting is combined with modern interior finishes. The project needed a digital presence that would accurately convey this balance: not only inform visitors about the spaces, but also create the feeling that this is something exceptional. The one-page website had to become not a dry catalogue, but an experience.

Typography and Colour as Storytelling Tools
The visual direction was built around two principles: historical character and minimalism. Sans serif typefaces with elegant contrast convey the building’s age and solidity. A warm, neutral colour palette — without excessive accents — creates a refined atmosphere where the photography can speak for itself.

Animations and Effects That Support Rather Than Distract
The one-page structure allowed us to create a smooth, continuous storytelling flow. The initial loading screen with an animated logo immediately sets the tone. Scroll animations, subtle transitions, and content reveal effects naturally guide visitors through the page — without requiring extra clicks. Everything was implemented using Webflow tools, following one principle: effects should highlight the content, not draw attention to themselves.

A Keyword Strategy for Real Estate Buyers in Vilnius
We analysed the real estate market and competitors, identified the keywords potential buyers use, and prepared a keyword strategy. It was integrated into the website copy in a way that sounds natural while supporting visibility in Google and AI search. On the technical side, we optimised metadata, semantic HTML structure, and fast page loading.
A Digital Face for the Project
The website became an accurate reflection of the project — not a catalogue, but an experience. The client received a tool that works continuously: attracting the right visitors through search and immediately communicating what makes this place special. When design and content work together, there is no need to convince — it is enough to show.
