The client approached us with a clear vision: to centralize Lithuania's fragmented printing market into a single platform. We transformed it into a functional product: we designed and technically implemented a system that connects clients and printing houses in one place. We moved the entire order process – from inquiry to invoice – into one seamless digital space.

Three Users, One System
The platform brings together three types of users – clients, printing houses, and administrators – each with their own needs and interface. The essence of a system of this scale is to conceal complexity: to manage three distinct workflows so that the product appears simple and intuitive to each user. This is precisely what we achieved – we united the three parties into one cohesive, intuitive whole.

Figma-First Approach
A strong product emerges from decisions made even before coding begins. In the Figma environment, we thoroughly analyzed the user experience, iterated on workflows and interface variations, and selected the optimal path for each action, along with the most suitable visual style. We created a unified design system that became the foundation of the entire project – ensuring implementation proceeded without guesswork, and the final interface is consistent, clear, and intuitive.









Efficient and Reliable Technical Implementation
The platform consists of two parts – a user interface and an administration system – featuring a structured product configurator, multi-quote comparison, real-time chat, and automated notifications. Despite extensive functionality, we did not sacrifice speed: the Next.js foundation, with server-side rendered content, optimized images, and smart caching, ensures pages load lightning-fast, even on mobile. The results are confirmed by Google PageSpeed Insights – Performance 96, Accessibility 94, Best Practices 100, SEO 92.
