Complex Pricing and File Processing

The price of 3D printing depends on many variables: file volume, printing technology such as FDM, selected material, color, layer height, and additional post-processing work. Until now, this had been evaluated manually. We needed to create API logic that could perform these calculations automatically while ensuring reliable file uploads and data security.

Solution

An Advanced Calculator with a Smooth User Experience

We created a calculator where clients can upload an STL file, select the printing technology, material, color, layer height, and other parameters. The system instantly calculates an estimated price based on the selected settings. The experience is strengthened by visual details: smooth upload animations, clear steps, and a convenient multi-stage request process. Clients receive transparent information, while the team receives accurate data without additional questions.

A Consistent Identity and 3D Aesthetic

We designed the representative website to feel like a strong technology brand. Minimalist typography, a precise grid, and subtle 3D background elements communicate the theme of innovation. We applied the same aesthetic to the Shopify store, so the sale of equipment and materials visually blends with the main website. To the client, it feels like one unified platform.
