Maintenance and Improvement of a Residential Development Website

Representing a Modern Residential Quarter Online
Aternus Rojus is a new residential development that needed a reliable and aesthetically strong digital presence. The client came to us with an existing website, but was looking for a partner who could continuously maintain it, improve the design, and ensure it worked as a sales-supporting tool.

Design Consistency and a More Convenient User Experience
We implemented several important changes that improved both the aesthetics and clarity of the website. We refined design elements to make the website feel more visually consistent, added clearer calls to action, and fixed errors. We also added an animation that clearly shows the home list is interactive, and implemented forms that help capture inquiries more efficiently.

Ongoing Maintenance and Fast Support
Our collaboration with Aternus Rojus continues to this day — we regularly update the website, adapt new solutions, and respond to the client’s needs. All changes are made quickly, so the client knows they have a reliable partner taking care of their online presence.

Choosing a home, the gallery and the location
Today the site (at rojusnamai.lt; the old address aternusrojus.lt still leads there) is made of “About the project”, “Gallery”, “Location” and “Contacts”. A buyer picks a home from a list that shows each house’s floor area, the “Choose a villa” button repeats next to every offer, and the “Register for a viewing” form turns interest into a concrete visit. The project’s key facts, homes up to 164 m², 15 minutes to the city, 110 ha of surroundings, are shown as numbers that can be read in seconds.
What ongoing care means in practice
As homes sell, the list, prices and photos change, so the site is updated regularly rather than once a year. We keep the viewing form, the sales e-mail and the phone working without interruption, because every unsent enquiry is a lost buyer. The newer sections, “Project advantages”, “Design philosophy”, “A gift to nature”, were added within the same visual system, so the site grows but stays whole.
