We needed to change the tone and create an environment where someone looking for help would feel accepted and not lose hope. At the same time, it was important to communicate the psychologist’s professionalism, experience, and methods in a subtle but clear way.

A Visual Direction That Gives Hope
We moved away from dark visuals associated with guilt or shame. Instead, we used positive metaphors — a forest path lit by sunlight and a person breaking free from chains. These visuals communicate the path toward freedom and change that the psychologist’s work offers. We built the color palette around blue, representing calmness and professionalism, and beige, representing warmth and approachability, creating a balanced atmosphere.

Visitors respond positively to the new atmosphere — it creates a sense of warmth, professionalism, and hope.
